Theresa sulla collina was born from a dream, that later became a life project:
to carefully revisit the past and transfer it into the future using passion.
The encounter with this house, that has millennial origin, happened by chance, as it often happens.
Corrado and I fell immediately in love with this house and with the the peak where it stands, that allows one to look really far away.

We devised renovation works that kept intact the character and sweetness of this magical place, where Theresa once lived with her great love, a place she modified over the years she spent here, giving it a personal and refined touch.
All the B&B rooms are equipped with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Each room is furnished according to a romantic tale, inspired by the place and the history of this beautiful house.
On the outside, a private terrace overlooks a breathtaking view and you can also enjoy the cozy, intimate small hanging garden and the large backyard.
A realxing and comforting experience in the quiet familiarity of a country residence, where you can slow down, dream and enjoy a sip of wine.

The Rooms

The rooms are equipped with double beds with queen size mattresses, handmade by Asti craftsmen, historical town located just a few kilometers away.
Each room has an en-suite bathroom with shower, bathrobes, Durance soaps, hairdryer, courtesy mirrors and pure organic cotton towels and bed linen.

Rolling hills and enchanting villages
The Lower Monferrato is characterized by a verdant hilly territory, where you can visit delightful villages, castles and Romanesque abbeys.
There are many possibilities to enjoy your stay, from visits to the cellars of local wines, to walks along the Via Francigena and the Wine Route in the wake of Freisa and Malvasia, or long bike rides up and down the gentle Monferrato ridges.
For lovers of historical sites, there are several places you should visit, as the Sanctuary of Don Bosco and the Abbey of Vezzolano, little treasures hidden in the Land of Saints.
Just 25 km away you can visit the city of Asti, the so called city of the Hundred Towers, famous for its sparkling wine, truffles and traditional cuisine.
Some times of the year are very interesting for the traveler who wants to plunge himself in local history, for example in September the Palio Cittadino and the Festival delle Sagre. During this festival take place the renowned Douja d’Or, an important enologic competition, in a land rich in vineyards and wine history.
